Eric was born and raised in Berwick, Pennsylvania. After attending Pennsylvania State University where he received his undergraduate degree, he attended Penn State Law where he received his J.D. in 2018. He began his legal career at a law firm in upstate New York, where he practiced in the trusts and estates, real estate, and business and banking practice groups. After he and Zac Peters decided to open their own firm, they traveled west and opened their boutique trust and estate planning law firm, Peters and Krown, PLLC, in Bigfork, Montana in 2020. Peters and Krown was quickly voted the best law firm in Bigfork in 2021, and we opened our Missoula office in the fall of 2022.
Eric specializes in trust and estate planning with focuses on legacy planning, estate tax planning, and business succession planning; he also practices business law, assisting clients with the formation of business entities and general business counsel. Although Eric enjoys the challenge of planning for large or complex estates, he is committed to providing legal services for his community, and regularly provides pro bono estate planning services. Eric prides himself on providing his clients with a friendly and compassionate experience, peace of mind, and, most importantly, quality work, and this commitment to quality and compassion is supported by the entire Peters and Krown team.
When he’s not being a lawyer, Eric enjoys spending his time recreating outdoors, cooking, and enjoying the company of friends and family.
